We start with a movement and lifestyle screening. Then we work out how we can integrate mindful movement practices based on functional training, mobility and yoga.
From there we develop a balanced training & meditation regimen to make you achieve your goals and improve the experience of your body and internal domain.
We look at what fuels the engine. Nutrition, brainfoods, life style choices and how to implement healthy habits.

From the comfort of your home, neighbourhood gym or outdoor recreation area. My programs are tailored to your accessibility and convenience.
You will receive all programming through a customized training app or live via 1:1 sessions. You will have your work at hand anytime, anywhere.
