How it works
Initial movement screening
Together we do a thourough screening through video call and assess your movement patterns, strengths, weaknessess and injury history.
Phased training blocks
You will receive 3 x 4 week training cycles (12 weeks) which we will constantly refine during our weekely calls. The programming is delivered through app so you can train depending on your schedule and time.
Mindset Coaching
We will look at how you can remain consistent and find the right balance between training en mindfulness. We will discuss mindset strategies to improve your mood, sleep, recovery and nutrition.
